Refunds, and who you’re buying from
Before it ships. Ask for your money back at any point before 5 January 2027 and you get all of it, without explaining anything. If we miss the date, we refund everyone ourselves, without being asked — you don’t have to watch the calendar for us.
After it ships. The guide is a file, delivered the moment it’s ready. Under EU law you agree to that immediate delivery when you order, and by doing so you give up the usual 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. We refund it anyway: write within 14 days of delivery and say it wasn’t what you expected, and that’s enough. No form, no reason required.
Who takes the money. The payment is handled by our checkout provider, who is the seller of record: they issue the receipt, they handle VAT for your country, and their name — not ours — appears on your card statement. We see the order and your email address, never your card details. What we do with that email is in the privacy policy.
Updates are free. A city guide goes out of date; when a place closes or a price changes, we reissue the edition and you get the new file at no cost, for as long as the edition exists.
What it isn’t
Not a list of 400 restaurants, not a top-10, not a booking funnel. There are no ratings and no sponsored entries: paying can buy a place promotion inside the guide, never a place in it.
